The console
For the school office: register, invite, follow up, collect.
Invite and remind
Invitation by SMS or e-mail, a reminder after an adjustable period, resend with a new deadline. The status of every person in one list: open, submitted, expired.
Collect as a ZIP
The submitted photos as a ZIP, named by personnel number, one image per target format. The list as a CSV alongside.
Learners
The capture step
On the phone, without an account, in five clicks.
Open the link, take the photo
The personal link leads to the capture with a live check. Anyone with a suitable photo picks it from the gallery.
Confirm the result
After the check the person sees the crop and confirms it, or takes a new photo. Only the confirmation submits it.
In their own language
German, French, Italian or English, as the administration has recorded it for the person.

The reference implementation OFIQ provides the measurements of sharpness, lighting, head pose, gaze and background.
An open rule set
The thresholds that apply are in one file anyone can read. Every change raises the version of the rule set.
Target formats
ID card, avatar and class overview are cut from the original, for each school to its dimensions.
