For clubs and sport

Photos for cards, licences and teams

Members take their portrait photo on their phone. You collect it checked and cropped, without a photo shoot before training.

Uses

The photos a club needs

  • Membership card

The photo for the card, cropped to its dimensions.

  • Licence

The passport-style photo for a player licence or race card, in the format your federation requires.

  • Team page

Consistent portraits of every member of a team, for the website and the match programme.

  • List from Excel

Paste members from your membership records. Each file is named after the membership number.

How it works

Three steps, one link

  1. Invite

Paste a list from Excel or add people one by one. Each person gets their link by SMS or email.

  2. Capture

The person opens the link on their phone. The live check says what to change before they take the photo.

  3. Collect

You see who has submitted and download the photos as a ZIP: one folder per format, each file named after the person's number.

Children and young people

For minors, you obtain the parents' consent yourself beforehand. You can also send the link to the parents.

Frequent questions

Member photos: what clubs want to know

Do members need an app or an account?

No. They get the link by SMS or email and open it in the phone's browser. A photo from the gallery works too.

Does the photo fit our federation's format?

Yes. You set the dimensions in the console yourself, several formats if you need them. One photo gives you every format.

How does our member list get in?

Paste the list from Excel, check the preview and send the invitations. Each file is then named after the membership number.

What does it cost a club?

You pay per photo with credits, with no subscription or base fee. The link alone costs nothing, and credits you buy stay until you need them.
