For companies

Photos for badges and Microsoft 365

Employees take their portrait photo on their phone. You collect it checked and cropped, without a photo shoot at the office.

Uses

The photos a company needs

  • Badge

The photo for the badge, cropped to the dimensions of your card.

  • Profile picture in Microsoft 365

With PortraitBridge the checked photo becomes the profile picture in Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.

  • Team page

Consistent portraits for the website: the same crop and, on request, the same background.

  • New starters

Invite new employees when they join. The photo arrives without an appointment.

How it works

Three steps, one link

  1. Invite

Paste a list from Excel or add people one by one. Each person gets their link by SMS or email.

  2. Capture

The person opens the link on their phone. The live check says what to change before they take the photo.

  3. Collect

You see who has submitted and download the photos as a ZIP: one folder per format, each file named after the person's number.

Frequent questions

Staff photos: what companies want to know

Will the photos look the same?

Yes. Every photo is cut from the original to the same dimensions. On request a single colour replaces the background. Faces are never altered generatively.

How does the photo become the profile picture in Microsoft 365?

With PortraitBridge. People follow the link in the intranet, sign in with their organisation's account and take their photo. Only their own profile picture is set, and only once the check is passed.

Can we connect our HR system?

Yes. Through the interface your system creates requests and collects finished photos; a webhook reports when a photo is ready. Without a connection you paste the list from Excel.

Does everyone have to take part at once?

No. You invite when you like, one person or a whole list, for example when someone joins. Anyone who has not submitted gets a reminder after a set period.
